Thank you for taking our survey and sharing your experiences to help others.
Your mental health matters!
Your survey input will help us to make a difference for people living with kidney disease.
Right now, we believe too many kidney patients don't get the mental health support they need. We want to change this. The findings from our mental health survey will inform our urgent work on these issues and help us to lobby government to make a change. We will have more information on the action we will be taking very soon.
Thank you once again. You are helping us to make a big difference.
Your voice matters.
