Debbie Adams, 40, from Southport, has first-hand experience of a life with kidney failure. She has suffered with excruciating kidney problems for most of her life and as a result she reached a point, where she felt that giving up on the relentless struggle of survival, was better than living on dialysis.
Gavin is waiting for a second transplant but still saving lives
