Mrs Carolyn Maggs in Warsop, Nott’s – 1st Prize Winner of our Lottery Prize Draw on 26th June. The cheque was presented to Carolyn by Tony Egginton, Executive Mayor of Mansfield.
Carolyn is 59 years old. Sold tickets for this charity for a number of years and when she received a phone call from the charity she thought it was to ask her to sell more tickets. Her first reaction was shock, surprise, excited. It’s the first time she’s ever won anything like this. It’s come at just the right time to pay for some repairs to the roof of her house after all the rain. She is also taking her Daughter and Granddaughter on holiday.
