Right now, the lives of over three million people in the UK are threatened by chronic kidney disease. We can only fund lifesaving research with your help.

After Kyle Aitken, from Lanarkshire in Scotland, was featured in this article in the Daily Record, his mum, Caryn, was contacted by an anonymous kind-hearted reader who asked her who her son would most like to meet the most?
She said ‘he loves X-Factor and Simon Cowell’ and on Sunday Kyle’s wish came true! Kyle unfortunately suffers from chronic kidney disease so this was a real treat for him.
We have to thank Laura Coventry at the Daily Record who took time to get to know the family and feature their story to help us highlight Kidney Research UK. We also wish Caryn good luck in her training as she’s going to be walking up Ben Nevis later this year and Mount Kilimanjaro next year to help us raise essential life-saving funds. Caryn said: ‘The Charity has made such a difference to people’s lives and it will be a part of Kyle’s future.’
