Alexander said: ‘My sister and I are walking for our Dad, Bill, who unfortunately died a year and half ago from kidney disease. He had been on dialysis and the waiting list for a kidney for eight years. I have had a few kidney problems and doctors are keeping a close eye on me. We have been joined today by our good friend Suzi and my girlfriend Tracey. We have raised around £100.’
