BUPA Great North Run - Newcastle - Sunday 5th October 2008

The BUPA Great North Run attracts around 50,000 participants each year, and boasts an array of elite athletes, celebrities, and charity runners. Come and join our team! Baitings Abseil - Ripponden - 8th June 2008
This abseil incorporates a 200ft descent with magnificent views from the Baitings Dam. The abseil is one the largest we do and places are limited for an exicting abseil.

Help our recycling appeal!
Kidney Research UK has joined forces with the Recycling Appeal to collect and recycle unwanted mobile phones and used printer cartridges.
You can send your old mobile phones or empty printer cartridges to us in a freepost envelope. If you collect empty cartridges and old phones at work, and get over eight items, we can arrange for their free collection.
